The LaGuardia Men and Women completed their final regular season meet this past Sunday at the Medgar Evers Legacy Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park. 

On the men's side, Gary Romero-Garcia placed 6th overall out of community college runners and in the top 15 overall with a time of 36.06.4. Jeremiah Nevers completed one loop of the hilly Bronx course but began experiencing muscle cramps. With the team gearing up for the CUNYAC Championships next week, his decision to drop out of the event after 5 kilometers was wise.

Victoria Dunn placed 8th out of 2-year athletes and 16th overall with a time of 32:15.4 on the 6K course.

The season will conclude at the CUNYAC Championship next week at the same location.
