The Red Hawks lost on the road this Saturday to the Suffolk Sharks, 77-54.
LaGuardia struggled on the road, never finding solid footing in the game. The team started slow and found themselves down 12 at halftime.
Things did not improve the Red Hawks in the second half. Despite three double digit scorers in
Arthur Dukes (24 points),
Travon Lawrence (14 points), and
Sebastian Solano (10 points), the team was unable to mount a comeback. Defensively, they had no answer for Suffolk's Samir Bell, who scored 25 off the bench for the sharks.
The Red Hawks look to find their first win on Tuesday against Hostos.
