LaGuardia lost to Dutchess on Saturday by a final score of 63-42.
Both halves of the game told the same story on Saturday: LaGuardia's lack of size. The Red Hawks found themselves in a somewhat close game in the first half, trailing only by 8 entering the break. However, things went from bad to worse as the second half started. The Red Hawks were out-rebounded 52-17 for the game, allowing Dutchess to take 19 more shots than them. This was too large an issue to overcome and the Red Hawks were outscored by 15 in the second half.
The Red Hawks finish their regular season against Nassau on Saturday.
