The Red Hawks lost to the Nassau Lions this Thursday, dropping the team to 0-3 to start the season.
LaGuardia and Nassau played a contentious first half, with each team trading baskets.
Arthur Dukes was dominant on the offensive end, helping the Red Hawks keep the game close heading into halftime.
Sadly, the second half quickly got away from the Red Hawks. Despite continued scoring from
Arthur Dukes, who ended the game with 29 points, the Red Hawks weren't able to string together enough stops. LaGuardia got outscored 46-33 in the second half, falling to the Lions 80-63.
The Red Hawks look to bounce back and pick up their first win of the season on Saturday against Suffolk.
